Scott Horsfall

With over a decade of experience, Iā€™m a product design leader and strategist who has shipped products and design systems to millions of people across a variety of platforms.

My approach is systems-first, creating artifacts and using quick iteration cycles to help teams navigate ambiguity and ship the right product first. I prefer showing work early and collaborating with design, engineering, and product leads to identify gaps and share patterns across projects.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, and currently designing at WorkOS. I love mentoring fellow designers, advising early-stage products, and exploring how design tools can help teams work more efficiently.
